Assistant Professor at University of Groningen at Innovation Management and Strategy department. Post Doc researcher at Fundação Getulio Vargas - Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (FGV/EBAPE) in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). Ph.D. in Business Administration at Regional University of Blumenau in 2020. Visiting scholar at International Business department of Florida International University (FIU).  Deputy editor for a peer-reviewed journal, Revista de Negócios. Research interest focused on how home country institutional voids and nonmarket political strategies affect emerging markets multinationals in their international expansion. I received nominations for awards, including the AIB SE 2018 Best Conference Paper and the AIB SE 2019 Best Student Paper. In 2021 AOM, I received the Best Reviewer Award from the International Management division.
